    Product description of  Stainless,Aluminum Clevis Threaded Plain End Rod Bearing

    Rod end joint bearing is mainly composed of an inner ring with spherical outer surface and an outer ring with spherical inner ring, and can bear a large load. According to different types and structures, the rod end joint bearings can bear radial loads, axial loads or both radial and axial loads. Rod end joint bearings are generally used in low speed swing motion, and can also tilt in a certain angle range. According to their different types and structures, they can bear radial loads, axial loads or both radial and axial loads. Rod end joint bearings are widely used in engineering hydraulic oil cylinders, forging machine tools, construction machinery, automation equipment, automobile shock absorbers, water conservancy machinery and other industries.


    The temperature of rod end joint bearing is generally predicted by means of the temperature outside the rod end joint bearing room; it will be more appropriate if the temperature of rod end joint bearing outer ring can be directly measured by using an oil hole. Usually, the temperature of rod end joint bearing will begin to rise slowly as the rod end joint bearing runs, and it will become steady after 1 to 2 hours. The normal temperature of rod end joint bearing is different due to the heat capacity, heat dissipating capacity, rotational speed and load of the machine. If the lubricating and installation parts are appropriate, the temperature of rod end joint bearing will rise sharply, leading to unusually high temperature; the machine must be stopped at this moment, while the necessary precautions need to be taken. The working temperature of rod end joint bearing can be monitored using a thermal senor, and thus, automatic alarm will take place or the machine will stop to prevent the accident of excessively heated axle when the temperature exceeds the prescribed value.

    8). Breakaway torque for ball must be as listed in the chart.
    9). Dimensions apply after plating.
    Plating must withstand 96hr of salt spray test per ASTM B117 without any visible red rust.
