    Matters needing attention to use Miniature Rose Joint, ball Bearing, rod End with High Precision
    Compared with general machine parts, joint bearing has a high precision, so certain care should be also taken correspondingly when using.
    1) Keep the bearing and its surrounding clean
    2) Take care of when using, otherwise, it will cause strong impact to the bearing in use, leading to the bearing scar, indentation, fracture, etc.
    3) Use the right tools
    4) Appropriate joint bearing should be selected and used
    5) Users should be familiar with the bearing
    6) Prepare the job specification for bearing
    7) Custody


    Bearings are coated with the right amount of anti-rust oil in the factory, so the quality of the bearings will be guaranteed as long as the packaging is not damaged. However, during long-term storage, where the humidity is below 65% and the temperature is about 20?, it is advisable the bearings are placed on the shelves 30cm above the ground. In addition, the storage place should be free from direct sunlight or in touch with cold walls.

      Race- Nylon, type 6/12.40% long glass with 5%molybderuindisulficle.Color- Black.
            (Recommended Sipplier & Product RTP 0299 D x 88155 Black)
      Ball- 52100 Bearing Steel. Heat Treated. Hard Chrome Plated, Precision Ground.
    2) Do not scale drawing.
    3) Unless otherwise specified, all dims are h inches.
    4) NO pressed in COM Bearing.
    5) Must have minimumi radial static load of as listed in chart.
    6) Ball mist be at the center of the molding.within ±.002 of the CL axis of the housing.
    7) Slotted Nylon Design; NO Teflon allowed.
    8) Breakaway torque for ball (BT)must be less than or equal to as stated in the chart.
    9) Remove Burrs and Shrap Edges.
